Prepare a fine dough i.e. Duff. The dough should neither be too thin nor too wet. Add the correct amount of water. The dough should neither be too hard nor too soft. It's not tight at all. After it is ready, cover it and leave it for about 20 minutes. Leave it for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, knead this dough once again and make it uniform. Now put it in the hand machine for making namkeen. Now deep fry in hot oil. In this way, make all the sev on medium flame. Remove from the pan and let it cool. Crush into sev shape. Eat it yourself with hot tea and feed it to the guests too.
